Our team has extensive experience processing warranty claims across motocross, enduro, and electric platforms including Stark VARG. We take the stress out of the process so you can focus on riding.

How It Works

Submit your warranty booking below with your bike details and a description of the issue. Once received, our team will contact you to discuss the fault, confirm eligibility, and arrange drop-off or shipping. We handle the rest.

You will be asked to confirm the following details after booking:

• Full name and contact details
• VIN / Frame number
• Make, model, and year of motorcycle
• Date of purchase and proof of purchase
• Dealer or retailer purchased from
• Description of the fault or issue
• Any previous repair history relevant to the claim

Important Information

• Warranty claims are subject to manufacturer assessment and approval
• Banks Race Development will advocate on your behalf throughout the process
• Labour and parts covered under warranty are determined by the manufacturer
• Any work found to be outside of warranty coverage will be quoted separately before proceeding
• Turnaround times vary depending on parts availability and manufacturer response times

Drop-Off

Once your booking is confirmed, you can drop your bike to our workshop or ship them directly to us. Our team will provide full instructions after your booking is received.
