Full seal replacement, oil change & inspection
Complete rebuild — new seals, fresh oil, full internal inspection. Recommended every 20–40 hours depending on conditions. Keeps your suspension feeling like new and prevents costly damage from contaminated fluid.
Revalve & Custom Setup
Tailored to your weight, speed & terrain
A revalve changes the internal damping characteristics to suit you specifically. We assess your weight, ability, speed and terrain — then build a setup that makes your bike noticeably better in every condition.
Spring Rate Assessment
Correct springs change everything
The wrong spring rate is one of the most common performance killers. We assess your sag, rider weight and riding style to recommend and fit the correct springs front and rear.
Nationwide Ship-In
Anywhere in Australia
Remove your forks and shock, pack them securely and ship to us. We service and tune them, then ship back within the agreed timeframe. Contact us for our pack-and-send guide.
Setup Sheet Included
Your settings, documented
Every job leaves with a written setup sheet documenting clicker settings, oil levels, spring rates and sag measurements — so you can always return to your base setup after trackside adjustments.
Trackside Testing
External & internal adjustments at the track
Daniel comes to you. Trackside testing covers both external clicker adjustments and full internal tuning on-site — so your setup is dialled in real conditions, on the exact track you race. No guesswork, no waiting to get back to the workshop.
