How do I book a suspension service?
Use the contact form on this page, call Daniel on 0448 605 227 or email daniel@banksmx.com. Include your bike details and what service you need. We'll confirm your booking same business day and arrange drop-off or ship-in.
Can I ship my suspension to you from interstate?
Yes — we service and tune suspension Australia wide. Remove your forks and shock, pack them securely and ship to 11 Sunter Street, Strathalbyn SA 5255. Contact us first so we can confirm receipt and turnaround time. We'll ship them back once complete.
How long does a suspension service take?
Standard turnaround is 5–7 business days from the time we receive your suspension. Express turnaround is available on request — contact us to discuss. You'll receive a call or message when your job is ready.
I have a Stark Varg warranty issue. What do I do?
Contact us directly via phone or the form on this page. As the authorised SA Stark Future dealer, we manage all warranty claims locally. You don't need to deal with overseas support — we handle it for you end to end.
My Stark Varg isn't turning on. What should I check first?
First check the Arkenstone phone is charged and connected. Ensure the bike is not in Shutdown mode — hold the power button for 3 seconds to restart. Check the charging indicator light. If none of these resolve it, contact us immediately and we'll diagnose the issue same day.
Can I hire a Stark Varg before buying?
Yes — we offer half day, full day and race day hire options. It's the best way to experience the bike in real conditions before committing. Contact us to check availability and discuss which model suits your riding.
What information do I need to provide for a coaching session?
When booking coaching, let us know your age, current riding level, what bike you ride, and specifically what you want to improve — technique, race prep, confidence or fitness. The more we know upfront, the more targeted your session will be.
How do I know what spring rate I need?
The most important factors are your rider weight with gear, your riding style and the terrain you ride. Contact us with your details and we'll advise the correct spring rates for both forks and shock. Getting this right makes a bigger difference than most riders realise.
